Job Title: Fullstack Developer - Java

Location:Bournemouth, UK(5 days in a week from office)

Job type: 12 Months contract

Job Description Responsibilities:

• As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
• You will use your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide.
• Leveraging new technologies, you will apply a cloud-first and agile mindset to solve challenging business problems.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Java is required. Intermediate proficiency in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) is recommended.
• Additionally, intermediate proficiency in Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Terraform, and Oracle Database is suggested.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement within the team.
