Job Title: Product Operations & Integration Lead - Learning Portfolio
Location: United Kingdom/ Remote
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Product Operations & Integration Lead for a critical discovery and analysis project. Following an acquisition, you will analyze two large learning portfolios of ~1,000 courses to create the blueprint for future operations.

Your primary goal is to create a complete product inventory, map workflows and dependencies, conduct a gap analysis for rebranding, and plan for operational readiness.

Core Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Program Management, ideally with learning or B2B platforms.

  • Deep knowledge of learning modalities (eLearning, ILT/VILT, gamified) and standards (SCORM, xAPI, WCAG 2.2 AA)

  • Experience with learning technologies:

    • LMS (Blackboard)

    • CCMS (Xyleme)

    • Exam Delivery (Prometric)

    • Authoring Tools (Storyline, Elucidat)

  • Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

  • Excellent planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
