Project Support - Digital/Online/ Social Impact

My global IT client is looking for an experienced project support/operations support/PMO to work remotely in a project office that focuses on employee engagement and social investment projects to improve social inclusion.

At present the team you will be joining provides its services internally but as part of this role you will be engaging with various external partners, customers and stakeholders to provide a service externally to them. You will be a highly motivated and effective Operations Coordinator who has knowledge of how operations impact on Community.

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar support role. Ideally for a tech or digital company focusing on online projects.

This will include digital content creation and a focus on social impact

Strong communication skills are essential

Essential Skills

  • Be available for a 12-month minimum contract
  • MUST HAVE A Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in programme and project management, and coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills with experience interacting comfortably with executives and individuals with diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • At home in the digital landscape and comfortable using online tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage global projects with dynamic, virtual, and global teams.
  • Ability to work effectively and confidently in a remote team as a remote worker.
  • Ability to prioritize information and present findings effectively.
  • Strong design, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled communicator (written and oral)
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a changing environment, able to redirect efforts as required.
  • Ability to support the team with project management as we map plans to extend this work (from Partners) to customers.
