Saviynt Architect - IAM

We are seeking a highly experienced Saviynt Architect to lead IAM (Identity and Access Management) initiatives for a leading insurance client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Saviynt implementation and IAM best practices, and be able to drive architecture, design, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Saviynt IAM solutions.
• Develop and maintain IAM architecture, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure security and compliance requirements are met.
• Provide guidance on IAM strategy, access governance, and role management.
• Support end-to-end project delivery and oversee solution quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 13-15+ years of experience in IAM, with strong Saviynt expertise.
• Proven experience in IAM architecture, design, and implementation.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the insurance sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
