ServiceNow Program Manager
Location: Reading (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Role Overview
Lead large-scale ServiceNow programmes, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving successful delivery, process transformation, and platform optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state solutions
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow programme delivery (planning, governance, risk management)
- Drive process design, gap analysis, and scalable solution implementation
- Oversee integrations, platform performance, security, and compliance
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to best practices
- Mentor team members and support delivery excellence
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years' experience managing ServiceNow projects/programmes
- Strong expertise in:
- CMDB / CSDM
- ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- ITSM
- CSM, FSM
- SPM, SOM, SLO, TNI
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, third-party systems)
- Strong understanding of platform security, performance, and compliance
- Proven skills in:
- Project Governance
- Project Planning
- Risk/Crisis Management
- Stakeholder Management
