User Researcher

Job Title: User Researcher
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, UK (Hybrid)
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract

My client, a leading global professional services company specializing in digital transformation and management consulting, is looking for a skilled User Researcher to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site 3 days a week in Newcastle upon Tyne . You'll be responsible for planning and executing user research to inform policy and service design.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design comprehensive user research programs.
• Conduct contextual and discovery phase research.
• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative research data.
• Work across different phases of user research (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live).
• Embed user-centered design practices into an agile workflow.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a User Researcher or in a related research field.
• Demonstrable knowledge of a variety of research methods.
• Proven experience in a user-centered design environment.
• Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Active SC clearance is required.
