Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst (Digital Marketplace)

Location: Remote (UK-based only)

Duration: 6 Months Contract(Till December 2026)

We are seeking a sharp Contract Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation Team for a high-profile digital marketplace programme. You will perform gap analyses on our current platform, interpret business cases, and scope functional requirements to shape our future-state digital marketplace.

• Analyze & Map: Capture "As-Is" workflows, design optimized "To-Be" processes, and perform platform gap analyses.

• Document: Translate customer pains and business needs into functional user stories with clear success criteria.

• Collaborate: Work with SMEs, internal tech teams, and suppliers to prioritize requirements and secure senior stakeholder sign-off.

• Test & Deliver: Partner with QA to execute acceptance testing and lead the business through formal UAT and sign-off.

• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to critically evaluate data across multiple sources and question existing processes.

• Strong Communicator: Confident articulating technical options, recommendations, and business benefits to stakeholders at all levels.

• Delivery-Focused: Highly organized, proactive problem solver who thrives under tight project timelines.
