Business Data Analyst

Location: London, UK Role Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: 250 to 270 GBP/Day via Umbrella(Inside IR 35)

Are you a Senior Data Analyst who is tired of just "maintaining" dashboards? Our client is looking for a forward-thinking analyst to join a Global Customer Success Data Science team for a world-leading financial technology organization.

This isn't a traditional reporting role. You will be part of a team that is actively embedding Generative AI into core workflows to automate insights and enhance the customer journey across multiple global markets. If you are passionate about moving beyond manual data prep and into the world of AI-native analytics, this is the role for you.

• Build AI-Native Foundations: Work with engineering to develop robust data pipelines in Snowflake/Databricks that are optimized for downstream AI consumption.
• Drive International Strategy: Tailor data capabilities for diverse global markets, ensuring metrics account for regional regulatory and language differences.
• Advanced Analytics & AI: Leverage Python and Gen AI tools to automate anomaly detection, summarization, and recurring insight generation.
• Root Cause Discovery: Conduct deep-dives into the end-to-end customer journey to uncover friction points and optimize digital support experiences.
• Storytelling: Translate complex datasets into clear, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders to influence global operational strategy.

• Experience: 8+ years in Data Analytics or Data Science (Customer Success or Ops experience is a major plus).
• Technical Stack: Advanced SQL is a must. High proficiency in Snowflake, Databricks, and visualization tools like Tableau or Qlik.
• Coding: Proficiency in Python or R for automation and advanced experimentation.
• The "AI Edge": A genuine enthusiasm for LLMs and Generative AI. We are looking for someone who already uses AI tools to accelerate their own analytical workflows.
• Mindset: Proactive, growth-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-innovation environment.
