My client, a leading global provider of financial software solutions, is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Technician to join their onsite support team. This is a hands-on role, serving as the first point of contact for employees and providing high-quality technical support. You'll manage daily walk-ups and remote tickets (averaging 30 per day), ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime.

What You'll Do

  • Provide front-line support via walk-ups and remote channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and MacOS.
  • Manage onboarding, workstation setup, and user training.
  • Handle asset management, upgrades, and patching.
  • Support meeting rooms, events, and small IT projects end-to-end.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of tech support/help desk experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows or MacOS operating systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Office 365, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and VPN basics.
