Pay Rate: £28.00 - £31.00 per hour Inside IR35

About the Role

A leading global Multinational Company in enterprise technology is hiring a proactive Events Marketing Manager to join its EMEA Integrated Field & Product Marketing team. In this dynamic role, you will lead end-to-end event strategy and execution across UK&I, Europe, Middle East, and Africa for market-leading enterprise product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Program Management: Plan, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of events (Executive Exchanges, Customer Advisory Boards, Product Roadshows, Roundtables).
  • Audience Acquisition: Partner with country marketing, sales, and external SDR/telemarketing agencies to build target account lists and drive attendance.
  • Agency & Budget Oversight: Direct third-party marketing/event agencies, oversee project procurement, and manage event budgets.
  • Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside EMEA partners and internal teams to promote joint value propositions and demand generation.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint to track event KPIs, manage lead lifecycles, and present performance insights to leadership.
  • Travel: Travel across the EMEA region as required for event execution.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in event marketing/management, specifically focusing on strategy and operations for corporate clients or technology brands.
  • Tools & Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Operations: Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management systems, and technical integration with event platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • MNC Experience: Prior experience working within a large MNC / global enterprise tech company is a distinct advantage.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (German, French, Spanish, or Italian are highly desirable).
