IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst

Job Title: IT Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst Location: London Rate: £200 per day (Inside IR35) OR 40,000 GBP/Annum Inside IR 35 Duration: 1-year contract Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise environment. You will take ownership of the full hardware lifecycle-from procurement and deployment to refresh and e-waste-for assets including PCs, iPhones, and iPads.The primary focus of this role is maintaining a highly accurate ServiceNow CMDB and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes.
• Reconcile asset data between the ServiceNow CMDB and Flexera.
• Track hardware procurement, including purchase data, warranties, and contract terms.
• Investigate discrepancies in asset data and support audit readiness.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB is essential.
• Data Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs are a mandatory requirement).
• Lifecycle Knowledge: A deep understanding of the full PC and mobile device lifecycle.
• Mindset: You should be process-driven, audit-conscious, and comfortable working independently.
