Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Full Stack Developer (L5 equivalent) to join a specialized innovation "incubator." Our mission is to accelerate the AI transformation of global business operations by building next-generation tooling from the ground up.

This is not a maintenance role. You will work in 12-week high-intensity cycles, taking a product from a conceptual "blank page" to a functional, AI-integrated tool for Go-To-Market (teams. You will be part of an elite, agile pod consisting of three engineers, a UX designer, and a Product Manager.

  • Core Tech Stack: Expert-level Python (Backend) and Angular (Frontend).

  • Experience: 5-15+ years of development experience.

  • AI/ML Focus: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic development, Vertex AI, and vector databases (semantic search).

  • Additional Skills: Java, Kotlin, and Go are "nice-to-have" but not mandatory.
