Solutions Consultant

Role: Solutions Consultant Location:(London)Hybrid - 3 days onsite Contract: 11 Months My client, a global technology leader, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as an advocate for users, partners, and internal teams. You will translate business needs into solutions across the client lifecycle, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and deliver excellence in solution strategy, deployment, and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Identify solution trends and collaborate with engineering to mitigate risks
• Define business opportunities, product gaps, and long-term solution strategies
• Create and update repeatable solution content and documentation
• Manage project planning, reporting, issue tracking, and working groups
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop optimal solutions and secure buy-in
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and internal teams
• Execute solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
• Generate partner insights, contribute to reviews, and support adoption strategies
• Assess product gaps, communicate issues, and contribute to new feature development
• Customize or develop solutions, articulate value, and support architecture design

Minimum Qualifications

• Operations management, technical acumen, domain knowledge
• Minimum 5+ years in technology, media, or advertising domains, with proven proficiency in operations management
• Opportunity and pipeline management, customer conversations
• Situational leadership, systems thinking, stakeholder management
• Project management, industry knowledge, consultative skills
• Team management and problem-solving

Additional Details

• Work Schedule: Hybrid (Mon & Fri remote/flexible)
• Language: English mandatory (French a plus)
• Travel: Quarterly to Paris, 1-2 times/year to Switzerland
