Role Overvi

ewAs a Benefits Specialist, you set the strategic direction, and drive outcomes for high-visibility benefit programs with high dollar spend and multiple stakeholders. You continually evaluate benefit programs to ensure they are legally compliant, competitive, aligned with the overall benefits philosophy, and drive measurable change and appropriate outcomes, developing long-term solutions with foresight to anticipate and address current and future issues. You ensure that they are legally compliant, competitive, aligned with our overall total rewards strategy, and produce the effective results for our ability to attract and retain top talent. You act as a subject-matter expert, representing benefits plan administration, exerting influence without authority, and coaching or mentoring junior members of the tea
