Rate: £140–£160 per day (via umbrella)

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Digital Learning Developer & Coordinator to join the Global Assurance Quality – Learning & Education (GAQ - L&E) team in London. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity ideal for a recent IT or design graduate with a strong interest in workplace learning and digital technologies.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Development Lead, supporting the creation of digital learning solutions and multimedia assets, while also assisting with coordination and project support tasks. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in digital learning design and project delivery, with the opportunity to develop a broad skillset in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Learning Development

  • Build and update digital learning content (eLearns, videos, animations, assessments) using tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Vyond.
  • Edit and enhance graphics, create simple images, and support the production of multimedia content.
  • Record and edit audio using tools like Audacity.
  • Review build documentation for completeness and clarity before beginning development.

Quality Control & Testing

  • Self-review work to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Implement feedback from reviewers and follow up when clarification is needed.
  • Conduct peer spot-checks and technical testing of learning solutions.

Project Coordination & Support

  • Support deployment to the Learning Management System (LMS), including documentation and QA testing.
  • Coordinate with vendors (e.g., graphic designers, video production teams) by providing clear specifications.
  • Manage and prioritise personal tasks, proactively communicating progress and potential challenges.
  • Support the project manager with planning, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Organise team meetings, send invites, record minutes, and follow up on actions.

  • Comfortable with change and capable of working under pressure.
