Job Description:

• Experience 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design competency for the lifecycle of product interaction-activation, retention, and renewal
• Proactively identify and define high-level opportunities across the product portfolio that have the potential to transform user experience and business outcomes
• Bring clarity, insight, and strategic focus to these challenges; develop user journeys and approaches backed by research and customer behavior
• Take ownership of strategic, design-led projects, driving them from concept to delivery
• Develop and implement innovative design patterns and systems that are durable, repeatable, and scalable
• Liaise with the Product team to understand user needs, psychology, and product USPs, and use this to design smooth in-app user experiences
• Develop style standards for typography and graphic design
• Maintain an iterative mindset-no design is perfect on the first attempt
• Be opinionated and back those opinions with strong logic
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Prerequisites:

• Knowledge of UX design best practices, including user interface ergonomics, responsive design, and data protection and security principles in a tech product environment
• Expert-level knowledge of human interaction design
• Balanced mindset regarding functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
• Experience with design and graphical tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
• Demonstrated experience in technology product design
• Experience in Agile development environments

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a Design-related field from a premier design institution
