Director of Product Management - Aviation Security

Location: Remote (UK/Europe) with international travel

Rapiscan Systems is a global leader in security inspection and detection technology, trusted by airports, governments, customs authorities and security agencies worldwide. We are seeking a commercially focused Director of Product Management - Aviation Securit y to lead the strategic direction of our Aviation Detection Security portfolio. This role owns the long-term product vision, roadmap and lifecycle strategy for solutions used across the global aviation security market.

This is not a traditional product management position. We are looking for an industry expert who understands the complexities of aviation security screening and can influence both internal stakeholders and key customers to drive innovation, market growth and product success.

What You'll Bring

• Significant product management leadership experience with in aviation security screening, X-ray inspection or detection technologies.
• Proven ability to define and execute strategic product roadmaps.
• Experience managing complex product lifecycles from concept through launch and sustainment.
• Strong customer engagement skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience translating market and regulatory requirements into commercial product strategi
