Sales Manager – SaaS Training Solutions (EMEA)
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales of our SaaS-based training solutions across the EMEA region . This is a high‐impact role for a strategic, commercially driven professional with strong experience in training solutions, aviation security (AVSEC), and regulatory compliance .
The Role
You’ll own the full commercial strategy and execution for both AVSEC and non‐AVSEC verticals , working closely with airlines, airports, regulators, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust EMEA sales plan to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Business Development: Identify and engage high‐potential clients, including C‐level executives and government bodies
- Customer Engagement: Build trusted relationships with airlines, airports, civil aviation authorities, and international regulators
- Bid & Tender Management: Lead proposal development aligned with regulatory and funding requirements
- Regulatory Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with evolving compliance needs
- Product Expertise: Clearly articulate the value of our SaaS and training solutions to diverse stakeholders
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- Market Intelligence: Monitor AVSEC training trends and competitor activity
- Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management , or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in training sales
- 5+ years’ experience in AVSEC training , with strong knowledge of industry standards
- Proven experience working with international aviation regulators (e.g. ICAO, CAA, EASA)
- Experience with government funding and working with public‐sector stakeholders
- Background in airport screener standards, image analysis, and CBT (highly desirable)
- Experience selling training software or regulatory compliance solutions is a strong plus
- Fluency in English ; an additional European language is highly desirable
Security & Compliance Requirements
- Ability to obtain Background Check (CRC) and Counter Terrorism Check (CTC)
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Ability to obtain UK SC level security clearance (including a 10‐year background check)
