Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceMax Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of ServiceMax solutions, a leading field service management platform. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global teams and third-party vendors for alignment and clear communication.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to achieve objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure ServiceMax implementations meet Rapiscan's standards.
• Reporting: Track performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resource Allocation: Optimize staffing and resources for efficiency.
• Change Management: Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively.
• Uphold Rapiscan's core values: Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing ServiceMax or Salesforce platform projects.
• Strong understanding of field service operations and processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
• Technical knowledge of ServiceMax and related integrations.
• Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
