Business Analyst

I am recruiting an experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of global payroll solutions to support a major global workforce technology programme. The role is fully remote within the UK and pays up to £80,000.

In your new role you will lead requirements gathering across global payroll, billing and workforce systems, helping design new processes and implement a Target Operating Model across a complex, fast-moving environment.

You will work closely with business and technical teams to create process maps, user stories, system requirements, data flows and testing documentation.

• Strong global payroll experience
• Extensive Business Analysis experience
• Experience implementing Target Operating Models
• Ability to create new systems and processes
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Strong process mapping, requirements and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with system integrations, data mapping and UAT
