Delivery Manager

I am working with an international business to recruit a Delivery Manager for a major global workforce transformation programme. This fully remote, UK-based role will take ownership of the workstream covering global payroll, billing, systems integration, data migration and operational change.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects across payroll automation, time and attendance, expenses, leave management and multi-currency invoicing. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, oversee plans, budgets, risks and dependencies, and ensure the business is ready for each go-live.

What you need to succeed

• Essential experience delivering global payroll change across multiple countries
• Strong technology programme or project delivery experience
• Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance and multi-currency processing
• Experience of systems integration, data migration, testing and cutover
• Strong RAID, budget, dependency and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working across Agile, waterfall or hybrid environments
• PRINCE2, MSP, PMP or Agile qualifications would be beneficial
