Deployment Lead
Deployment Lead
Compensation: £120,000 – £150,000 base + Uncapped 1% Account Growth Bonus + Competitive Equity
Location: London, On-Site
About the Role:
We're automating the regulation that slows down the physical world. Our AI-native platform transforms how inspectors at critical infrastructure sites—oil rigs, chemical plants, industrial facilities—collect data in the field, make decisions, and produce reports. The companies running the world's most mission-critical infrastructure are our customers, and they rely on us to replace hours of manual documentation with intelligent, automated reporting.
We've grown revenue 5x in the last year and are on track to hit $10M ARR in 2026. We raised $4M in seed funding and are closing our Series A from a Tier 1 fund. We're 12 people, moving fast, and building the world's largest dataset on the condition of the built world.
We're hiring a Deployment Lead to be the player-coach of our deployment function—someone who can lead a team of high-performing strategists while staying hands-on with our most important accounts. This is a role for an exceptionally agentic operator who's ready to own our global expansion from day one.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of Deployment Strategists while remaining personally hands-on with key accounts—you set the standard by doing the work, not just managing it
- Own the expansion of our platform into new global regions and customer segments, engaging directly with C-level and EVP stakeholders at enterprise companies of up to 100,000 employees
- Architect and standardize the deployment playbook to ensure seamless, repeatable rollouts across international markets
- Drive product strategy by gathering deep customer insights and translating them into actionable features—bridging clients and engineering with no PM layer in between
- Personally manage and grow our largest, most complex accounts, moving the needle on revenue from day one
- Travel internationally for client deployments as needed—you're comfortable going wherever the work takes you
Why This Seat
- 5x revenue growth last year, Series A closing imminently—you're joining at the inflection point, not after it
- Uncapped upside: 1% of all account growth means your earning potential scales directly with the business you help build
- Real ownership over global expansion—you're not executing someone else's playbook, you're writing it
- Flat structure with no PMs—deployment leads and engineers drive product, which means your customer insights directly shape what gets built
- Trusted by some of the most demanding companies in the world operating in high-stakes, regulated industries
You'll Thrive Here If You
- Have 5–10 years of experience spanning high-growth startups, consulting, or founding roles—you've blended product and revenue in fast-moving environments
- Are an ex-founder or early employee who's owned GTM, product, or ops functions end-to-end with full accountability for outcomes
- Have spent meaningful time at a top-tier consulting or investment banking firm (MBB, IB, or private equity) and know how to structure problems and command a room with senior stakeholders
- Have built and scaled a GTM playbook from scratch—you know what it takes to make a deployment repeatable across new markets and customer segments
- Have led a revenue or product function and driven significant growth—not just contributed to it
- Are willing and able to be in the London office 5 days a week and travel internationally for client work
Nice-to-Haves
- Degree from a top-tier university (Oxford, Imperial, or equivalent)
- Prior experience deploying AI or deep-tech software into industrial, enterprise, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with physical-world industries—infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or similar
What We Offer
- £120K–£150K base salary, flexible based on experience
- Uncapped 1% of all account growth—£100K+ OTE bonus potential
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series A-stage company
- Direct access to founders and leadership with fast decision cycles
- A seat at the table shaping global expansion strategy for a company building genuinely category-defining technology
- Visa sponsorship available
Must-Haves (Logistics)
- Based in London or willing to relocate; on-site 5 days/week required
- Willingness to travel internationally for client deployments
- This role requires 60%+ hands-on IC work—NOT a fit for those who prefer pure management or a slow-paced environment
