Overview
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to take ownership of our end-to-end digital capability and drive the next phase of our Smart Factory journey. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering real outcomes—using AI, automation and data to improve productivity, efficiency and how work gets done across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the digital transformation strategy and roadmap
- Drive adoption of AI and automation across all business areas
- Lead process improvement initiatives across operations and support functions
- Oversee digital infrastructure, systems and platforms
- Manage and prioritise a small in-house development team
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable business improvements
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience across Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, Azure)
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate tech into business outcomes
- Experience leading digital change or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
- Understanding of data, AI and automation in a commercial environment
