Raytheon UK have an opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our teams at our Gloucester, Manchester or London sites. All candidates must already hold eDV to be eligible.

As Infrastructure Engineer, you will contribute to delivering and maintaining operational systems in our many business areas and this role will be office based.
\n
\n
Skills and Experience
\n
- \n
- \nExperience working within an Agile / SCRUM / DevOps delivery model\n
- \nExperience as a Systems Engineer in software intensive programmes covering full engineering lifecycle from requirements decomposition to acceptance and customer sign off\n
- \nUnderstanding of the complexities in design and implementation of large-scale information systems\n
- \nAbility to take responsibility for technical aspects of a project, and to work closely with project management to deliver\n
- \nLinux administration and deployment\n
- \nUnderstanding of server, storage and desktop hardware\n

Desirable

- \nExperience working in a Linux environment (RedHat, CentOS)\n
- \nKnowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, OU, User and Group Management\n
- \nDemonstrable experience of model-based systems architecture/engineering (e.g. MODAF, TOGAF)\n
- \nKnowledge of RedHat migrations\n
- \nKnowledge of networking health monitoring\n
- \nKnowledge of Concourse (writing pipelines, administering the cluster)\n
- \nUnderstanding of VMware vSphere ESXi\n
- \nKnowledge of Atlassian Suite\n
- \nInfrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)\n
- \nDocker / Kubernetes containerisation and orchestration\n
- \nElasticsearch/Kibana\n
- \nCloud services (AWS or Azure)\n
- \nHelm charts\n
- \nMongoDB\n
- \nExperience building enterprise level web applications or services\n
