With a real blended approach to learning and using the latest innovative systems and technology, we ensure our service men and women really are prepared for any situation.Role & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly capable and detail-driven Submarine Data & Stakeholder Integration Specialist to support the UK Dreadnought Programme, one of the most critical national defence programmes delivering the next generation of nuclear deterrent submarines.This role is central to ensuring that mission-critical data requirements are defined, sourced, and managed effectively across a complex landscape of stakeholders, systems, and suppliers. The successful candidate will work closely with JDA personnel, BAE Systems system owners, and Ship's Company, enabling accurate, compliant, and timely access to data that supports platform readiness and operational capability.ResponsibilitiesEngage with programme stakeholders to identify, capture, and define data requirements across Dreadnought submarine systemsCollaborate with data suppliers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant provision of data, aligned with programme and regulatory requirementsAct as an interface between JDA, BAE Systems system owners, and Ship's Company, fostering effective communication and coordinationSupport the integration and validation of technical and operational data across submarine systemsEnsure all data management activities comply with MOD security policies, nuclear enterprise standards, and programme governanceAnalyse and interpret data to support engineering, operational, and programme decision-makingIdentify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, or accessibility issues within a highly controlled environmentMaintain full traceability and auditability of data sources and flowsContribute to continuous improvement of data processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement modelsRequired experienceProven experience working with stakeholders to identify and define data requirements, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure deliveryExperience working on the Dreadnought, Astute, or other Royal Navy submarine programmesExperience working within defence programmes or highly regulated environments, ideally within the nuclear or submarine domainWorking knowledge of submarine systems, including engineering, operational, or support functionsAbility to quickly establish credibility and strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teamsStrong analytical capability with exceptional attention to detailExperience managing priorities in a complex, programme-driven environmentDesirable experienceFamiliarity with nuclear enterprise requirements and associated governance frameworksUnderstanding of defence data standards, information assurance, and data governance practicesExposure to working with in-service support teams or Ship's Company environmentsExposure working with submarine build programmesRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
