About the Company
A rapidly growing, venture-backed technology company is building the infrastructure powering the next generation of fan engagement within the music and live entertainment space.
Their platform enables artists and their teams to take greater ownership of their audience - creating more direct, meaningful and commercially impactful relationships with fans.
Operating globally, the business works closely with artists, managers and labels to design new models for fan interaction across streaming, live events, content and commerce.
This is an opportunity to join at an early stage of growth, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how artists engage, grow and monetise their fanbase in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
The Role
This is a strategic, client-facing role sitting at the intersection of music, data, product and commercial performance.
As Artist Account Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to artists, managers and labels - helping them design and execute structured fan engagement strategies across key career moments.
This is not a traditional account management role. You’ll be responsible for turning fan engagement into a measurable, repeatable system - using data, insight and product capabilities to drive engagement, access and revenue.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering and creative teams to deliver seamless fan experiences, while owning the performance and growth of your accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own fan engagement strategies aligned to artist release cycles, touring plans and growth priorities
- Identify key moments (releases, tours, drops, announcements) where fan engagement can drive the most impact
- Analyse fan behaviour across multiple touchpoints and turn data into actionable insights
- Build and segment fan audiences to create targeted, high-value experiences
- Design and execute campaigns that drive engagement, access and revenue (e.g. presales, exclusive drops, VIP experiences)
- Optimise performance across the fan journey, improving conversion from engagement through to purchase
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, engineering and creative teams
- Manage the deployment of platform features and fan experiences across global campaigns
- Build strong, trusted relationships with artists and their teams, acting as a strategic advisor
- Identify opportunities for account growth and increased platform usage
Skills & Experience
- Experience within the music industry (artist management, label, platform or agency)
- Strong understanding of release cycles, touring and fan behaviour
- Experience managing high-profile clients and multi-market campaigns
- Commercial mindset - comfortable thinking in terms of growth, engagement and revenue
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, product-led environment
- Self-starter who thrives in a high-ownership, remote-first team
