About the role:

Reality Solutions is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and has hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Extract, clean, and analyse data from SQL databases to support business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver data insights
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience using Microsoft Power BI for data visualisation and reporting
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management to liaise with clients
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
