A UK-based Startup (<10 people) is looking to grow its engineering team by 1-2 Mid/Senior Rust Engineers. They have a lot of runway and long list of major clients but are looking to keep up with the growing demand, not only by 'shipping fast' features which are easily broken, but by building with quality and testing robustly.

You'll build a cutting-edge platform to simplify complex business areas, helping influence leaders' decisions as you help remove the dependence on spreadsheets like Excel and outdated tech, which currently plagues the industry.

With a high focus on autonomy and trust, you'll be able to take ownership of brand new features and components from system design to implementation while still having a team to assist and support as you grow into the role.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Engineering experience
• 2+ Years working with Rust
• Experience building high-performance, high-volume Rust applications (working with distributed systems / high-throughput / gRPC)
• Experience working with concurrency and memory-management strategies.
