Product Manager
We're recruiting a Product Manager (Network Synchronisation Technology) to join our client's product team. Our client are specialists in developing technology products for network operators and infrastructure providers globally.
You'll work closely with Engineering, Marketing and customers to take products from concept through to market, owning everything from feature prioritisation to go-to-market positioning.
This is a hybrid position with flexibility across our client's UK sites in Central Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs through direct research and regular interaction with users
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to prioritise what gets built next
- Manage the balance between time to market, cost, and product quality
- Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings, with occasional international travel
- Drive forecasting, market sizing and competitive analysis to keep decisions grounded commercially
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management or a closely related role
- Experience with high-value, low-volume technology products
- A technical background - Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Comfort running discovery sessions directly with customers
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
We're interested in candidates with strong backgrounds in high-precision instrumentation, standards-driven industries (aerospace, scientific instrumentation), or telecoms test & measurement.
