Technical Project Manager (Belfast, NI)

The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client projects, working closely with colleagues and applying a data-driven approach to support project delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive project plans and managing resources, budgets, and milestones
- Allocating resources effectively across ongoing and upcoming projects
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and project-related issues, escalating where necessary
- Ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Monitoring project delivery against PMO objectives and managing risks
- Maintaining accurate project data for reliable reporting
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring a customer-first approach
- Collaborating with colleagues across functions to support effective account management
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role
- Strong customer focus with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Experience managing multiple projects through the full lifecycle
- Excellent organisational and self-management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise
Desirable:
- Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince2, CMMi)
- Third-level qualification (Business, Engineering, Science, or IT)
- Experience within an agile development environment
- Previous experience in the learning industry
- Experience in the software/web application industry
