Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering high‐quality digital services that improve lives.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong project management skills who wants to grow into a Delivery Manager role. You’ll work closely with the Operations Director, gaining exposure to delivery leadership while owning the planning, coordination, and end‐to‐end management of digital projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and coordinate digital projects to ensure successful delivery across cross‐functional teams
- Support and enhance our operational structure and delivery processes
- Build and maintain motivated project teams with clear plans, milestones, and priorities
- Foster strong communication, collaboration, and alignment across teams
- Facilitate continuous improvement using agile and lean tools and techniques
- Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and resources
- Remove blockers and help teams deliver maximum value
- Work alongside delivery leaders to build the skills and experience needed to step into a Delivery Manager role
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing digital or technical projects
- Strong team leadership, coordination, and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and lean/agile delivery practices
- Understanding of development processes, testing, and digital delivery workflows
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non‐technical teams
- An agile mindset with a proactive approach to improving how work gets delivered
- Ambition to grow into a Delivery Manager position within the organisation
