Role: Product Manager

Location: Derby

Working Arrangement:  In office 5 days a week

Salary: Up to £75k, plus benefits

You will be a seasoned Product Manager who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get down in the trenches with the team as needed to offer support. Ideally you will have worked within a software company and a SAAS environment, however if you have only worked for a software company then is not a biggy.

You will be involved in working on, one of their larger legacy products and will be able to create a clear product strategy for the teams across the business to be able to refer too. Communication skills are key within this role as you will be working with key stakeholders across the business.

You will have experience of managing Product Owners and will be able to grow and expand the team, successful execution of this will be rewarded with future progression opportunities within the business. If you need to be given instruction this isn’t the role for you, being a self-starter is a must and you will be able to hold your own with decisions and strategy.

What am I looking for?

• Experience of leading and mentoring a team
• Define, refine and communicate the vision, strategy and roadmap for the product
• The ability to prioritise work, as well as looking at feedback loops and launches/releases
• Able to improve CSAT and NPS by delivering products that meet customer needs
