We're working with a leading managed services and communications provider delivering cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, and customer experience solutions to organisations across the UK. With continued investment in CX technologies and digital transformation, the business is expanding its specialist sales capability and is looking to appoint a CX Sales Specialist to help drive growth across its Customer Experience portfolio.
This is a customer-facing, consultative sales role where you'll champion the organisation's CX capabilities, working alongside internal sales teams, customers, and technology partners as a trusted subject matter expert. You'll support the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and understanding customer requirements through to solution design, negotiation, and closing, helping organisations modernise their customer engagement platforms through CCaaS, CPaaS, and wider Contact Centre technologies.

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience selling CCaaS, Contact Centre, UC, CPaaS, or related Customer Experience solutions.
- Experience supporting consultative, solution-led technology sales opportunities from discovery through to close.
- Good understanding of UC, CX, AI, WFO, Recording, and complementary Contact Centre technologies.
- Confident presenting solutions and building relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Ability to generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve sales targets.
- Experience working with technology vendors, partners, or complementary CX solutions.
