Leeds | Hybrid (2 days/week on-site) | Contract

We're hiring a Lead Developer to drive Back End development across key technical workstreams in a healthcare setting.

What you'll do:

• Lead AWS/Python Back End delivery

• Mentor junior developers and manage cross-team dependencies

• Improve performance, resilience, and cost efficiency

• Provide architectural guidance and drive technical improvements

What you'll need:

• 5+ years with AWS and Terraform

• Strong Python Back End development skills

• Experience leading teams and engaging stakeholders

• NHS or public sector experience is a bonus

Must be available to work on-site in Leeds at least 2 days per week.
