Digitalisation is a key objective for Supply, this role is an opportunity to join a growing team that are critical for the digital transformation of our Manufacturing Facilities.Working closely with the IT&D and Factory teams, the role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Digital Manufacturing Backbone (DMB) programme focused on factory digital infrastructure upgrades and the deployment of key applications. During the next 2/3 years the DMB programme will be delivered in all key Reckitt factories to significantly improve cyber security and resilience.Your responsibilitiesProgramme ExecutionDrive delivery of the DMB programme across multiple factoriesEnsure execution discipline and compliance to project management processesCollaborate and follow up with factory, engineering, IT&D, and digital teams to remove obstacles across all workstreamsEnsure clear prioritisation, milestone tracking, and delivery alignmentProgramme Planning & Organization:Develop and maintain structured and detailed programme plans and timelinesEnsure plans are aligned with decisions and executionIdentify and manage interdependencies across digital programmes, workstreams and sitesDrive effective use of modern programme management, planning and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project)Support planning of central and factory resourceSupport planning of financial plans and forecastsGovernance & Stakeholder AlignmentEnsure consistent application of governance and decision-making processesAlign stakeholders across Supply, IT&D, factories, and third-party vendorsSupport escalation and resolution of critical issuesPartner with PMO to ensure all governance changes, updates and requirements are implemented into DMBCommunication & Reporting:Ensure timely, clear and transparent reporting on progress, risks, and dependenciesProvide structured input to leadership and governance reviewsDrive visibility of programme performance and outcomesProvide materials for townhalls, workshops and ad-hoc reviews/meetingsThe experience we're looking for2–5 years’ experience in programme or project managementExperience working in factory or global manufacturing environmentsExperience of digital IT/OT manufacturing systemsStrong understanding of Microsoft Project/Project Management softwareExperience working with x-functional teams, Supply, IT&D, Quality and Third-Party vendorsThe skills for successA formal project management qualification or degreeStrong organisational skills, structured with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complexityProactive, practical, hands-on approach and delivery outcome focusedExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong ability to connect and collaborate with people and topics across the organisationComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAbility to travel as relevant to perform the jobWhat we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
