Role Description

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help develop and maintain our platform. You’ll work across our entire technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and cloud infrastructure, ensuring our products are reliable, scalable, and high-performing. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with engineering, product, content, sales, and customer success teams to ship platform-wide features and enhancements that deliver real customer value.

What you’ll be doing

• Work on core systems to ship platform-wide features that drive product value.
• Use product discovery insights and customer feedback to shape platform features that solve real customer needs.
• Build end-to-end solutions with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, Content, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new services, features, and platform capabilities.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and bugs across the platform, with a focus on identifying root causes and delivering timely fixes.
• Ensure the platform remains robust, scalable, and efficient as we grow across enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production applications, preferably using React/TypeScript and Django/Python.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience working with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP.
• Proven experience building end-to-end solutions with a strong focus on reliability and robustness.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, including Content, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Good judgment and practical experience applying best practices when working with AI coding assistants.

Bonus

• Experience with conversational AI/agents, workforce productivity, training or engagement platforms
• Experience in HealthTech, Life Sciences, MedComms, or another regulated enterprise environment.
