Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent support to end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and systems.
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain reliable networks and IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance checks to ensure performance and security.
  • Repair and restore hardware, software, and network components as required.
  • Provide comprehensive IT support and services to staff, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage hardware and software lifecycles, including maintenance, updates, and replacements.
  • Offer end-user support, training, and guidance to resolve technical challenges.
  • Plan and execute IT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supporting diverse users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems.
