SAC Planning Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAC Planning Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere to drive an enterprise-wide planning and reporting transformation for a leading banking client.
The consultant will design and implement integrated planning models, scenario simulations, and data integration strategies leveraging Datasphere for seamless connectivity with S/4HANA and other enterprise data sources.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAC planning models for P&L, workforce, project, and depreciation planning.
- Develop scenario modeling frameworks and value driver trees for fund management and profitability planning.
- Integrate SAC planning models with SAP Datasphere for real-time data connectivity and harmonization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable planning solutions.
- Ensure data governance and consistency across SAC and Datasphere environments.
- Support advanced what-if analysis and simulation capabilities for cost and profitability assessments.
- Provide guidance on best practices in SAC planning, version management, and data actions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of overall SAP consultancy experience, ideally 8+ years in financial planning and reporting.
- Strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, including data actions, advanced formulas, and version control.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere for data modeling and integration.
- Solid understanding of fund management, AUM-based fee structures, and cost allocation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or Asset Management.
- SAP certifications in SAC Planning and/or SAP Datasphere.
- Exposure to S/4HANA Finance and related integrations.
