Senior Corporate Account Manager
My client is a specialist in eliminating business energy waste. By combining Energy Information Technology (EIT), expert people power, and data-led insights, they deliver complete visibility and control over energy costs and consumption. They are now looking for a new Senior Corporate Account Manager to join their team.

Working Hours & Conditions
Full-time, permanent role (37.5 hrs/week)
Core hours MondayFriday, 9:00 am5:00 pm, with some flexibility as required
Hybrid model: minimum three days per week in office (Lancashire area) and two days remote
Occasional travel for customer engagements and team meetings
Must Haves & Key Skills
Proven track record in managing and growing corporate client portfolios
Exceptional relationship-building skills, both internal and external
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise against KPIs
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Sharp analytical mindset and commercial acumen
Self-starter attitude with the capacity to work under pressure
Technically competent and comfortable with data-driven systems
Customer-focused, results-driven approach
Role Overview
As Senior Corporate Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of new and existing customers, ensuring service deliverables are met and renewals secured.
Youll project-manage all aspects of account servicing from data validation and bill analysis to bespoke reporting - leveraging the Energy Management System to maximise savings and identify billing efficiencies.
Youll collaborate closely with the field sales team, produce MI insights for stakeholders, and contribute to the development of new energy management services.
Desirable Attributes
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot)
Familiarity with energy procurement, audits, or water management services
Prior exposure to Energy Information Technology (EIT) solutions
Ability to generate custom, tenant-specific billing models for multi-site clients
