Job Description:

Recruit UK are working are working on a great opportunity for a Junior Software Engineer to join a Wealth Management firm.

Our client specialises in offering Financial Planning and Investment Management to HNW clients across the South East. They have a successful data team, who supporting in managing their platform and build tools to ensure the Financial Advisers and clients are offered the highest level of support.

Duties:

• Build features for full stack web applications, supporting the senior Engineer
• Work closely with Operations to understand the needs of the business
• Write tests for codes and take part in code reviews
• Help build responsive and intuitive frontends for everyone in the business

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in commercial, placement or substantial personal project experience with Reach and Typescript
• Basic understanding of how web applications fit together
• Comfortable using GIT
