What you will be doing in this role:
- Work closely with managers and senior leaders to design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards that bring KPIs and performance data to life.
- Provide high-quality analysis and insights that support strategic and operational decision making.
- Play a key role in helping the organisation understand data as an asset and embed a culture of data-driven working.
- Work with the Business Improvement Team to ensure KPIs are accurate, timely and aligned to agreed reporting definitions.
- Troubleshoot and take ownership of reporting issues to ensure dashboards and reports run smoothly.
- Identify inefficient or inaccurate data processes and help bring them in line with BI and data governance standards.

- Curious, analytical and able to turn complex data into clear, and useful insight.
- Confident working with Power BI and passionate about building meaningful dashboards.
- A great communicator who can collaborate with leaders, managers and frontline teams.
- Motivated by making a positive social impact through better use of data.
- Always looking for ways to improve processes and raise data standards
What is on offer to you:
- Hybrid working – 1 day a week in office (outside Cardiff)
- Up to £37,700 for the right individual
