Housing Associations manage millions of homes across the UK and are investing heavily in technology, systems, and data, creating consistent demand for high quality recruitment support.

Because we specialise in one market, our consultants build real expertise, long-term client relationships, and high-value roles, rather than trying to recruit everything for everyone.

We are now looking for two experienced Recruitment Consultants at a Senior or Principal level to help grow our business and build their own specialist desk. We’re hiring one person for a permanent desk team, and another for a contract desk.

You will work directly with the founders and a small, high-performing team. This is a grown-up environment where people are trusted to perform. No micromanagement. No internal politics. Just clear expectations and the support to deliver.

To be a great fit us, you’ll have:

• Several years’ experience working as a recruitment consultant
• A proven track record of building client relationships and hiring for their teams
• Confidence developing new business and growing a desk
• A professional, relationship-led approach to recruitment
• The ambition to continue improving and performing at a high level
