Total Connect Project Manager – Contract (8 months)
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Contract: 8 Months Initial
Day Rate: Competitive (Outside 1R35 TBC)
The Role
An opportunity for a Total Connect Project Manager to lead the delivery of a field service / mobile workforce programme within a housing or public sector environment. This role will oversee full lifecycle delivery from planning through to go-live and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project delivery of Total Connect implementations
- Experience replacing a current product
- Experience with form configuration
- Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and third-party suppliers
- Stakeholder engagement across IT and operational teams
- Driving user adoption and change management
- Reporting into senior leadership and governance boards
Essential Experience
- Proven Total Connect delivery experience
- Strong Project or Programme Management background
- Experience within Social Housing, Local Government, or ALMO environments
- Excellent communication and leadership capability
Desirable
- Knowledge of repairs, workforce management, or scheduling solutions
- PRINCE2 / Agile / MSP certifications
