As their Salesforce Administrator, you'll sit at the heart of their technology operation, playing a pivotal role in keeping our Salesforce platform running smoothly, efficiently, and securely.
This isn't just a maintenance role it's an opportunity to genuinely shape how our organisation uses Salesforce. From fine-tuning system configuration and managing user access to safeguarding data quality and security, you'll have ownership over a platform that touches every corner of the business.
You'll be the go-to expert that colleagues rely on someone who not only keeps the lights on but actively looks for ways to improve, optimise, and unlock the full potential of Salesforce.

What you will be doing in this role:
- Gaining a thorough understanding of system architecture and interface documentation, keeping it accurate and up to date.
- Serving as the main point of contact for Salesforce users, offering troubleshooting assistance, practical guidance, and tailored support.
- Leading training sessions and championing the adoption of Salesforce features, helping users feel confident and capable when using the platform.
- Providing product support to business users by investigating Salesforce errors, data discrepancies, and system issues, often calling for sound judgement and complex problem-solving.
- Assisting the Systems Manager in shaping and delivering strategic and operational plans for Salesforce.
- Working closely with Salesforce Developers and technical teams to support deployments and carry out testing on new features, updates, and customisations.
