Senior Project Manager - Total Mobile

Lead One of the Most Significant Transformation Programmes in Housing.

I am working with a Housing Association based in North West to recruit for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of Totalmobile.

This is a high-profile, business-critical initiative that will shape the future of repairs and field service operations. Reporting into the wider Portfolio and Programme function, you'll take ownership of the project lifecycle, from mobilisation and governance through to implementation, change adoption and benefits realisation.

They are looking for someone who is invested in the long-term success of the programme and can add value from day one, helping shape the implementation approach while requirements and delivery plans are being defined.

The Totalmobile implementation sits within a broader transformation programme and will involve integrating and optimising a complex technology landscape.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, programme leadership, operational teams and external vendors, ensuring the project is delivered successfully while embedding meaningful business change across the organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to influence delivery methodology and project approach. Whilst the environment is mature in its governance and delivery practices, we are looking for someone pragmatic enough to apply the right methodology rather than simply following an agile-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Totalmobile implementation programme.
  • Establish and manage project governance, planning, controls and reporting.
  • Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across executive, operational and supplier communities.
  • Manage third-party vendors, including Totalmobile and implementation partners.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Lead organisational change activities, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technology.
  • Deliver clear communication and reporting across all levels of the business.
  • Ensure programme outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and in line with business objectives.
  • Support broader programme delivery activities as part of a wider transformation portfolio.

We're looking for a seasoned delivery professional who has successfully implemented Totalmobile within the housing sector and understands the challenges of introducing workforce management and field service technology into complex operational environments.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Totalmobile implementations within Housing Associations or Social Housing organisations.
  • Strong systems implementation and technology delivery background.
  • Experience leading complex business and technology change programmes.
  • Demonstrable success in stakeholder management at Executive and Senior Leadership level.
  • Strong vendor and supplier management experience.
  • Expertise in project governance, planning and delivery controls.
  • Experience landing organisational change and driving user adoption.
  • Ability to work across both technical and operational teams.
  • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches, with the judgement to apply the right methodology for the environment.

Essential Experience

  • Totalmobile implementation experience
  • Housing sector experience
  • End-to-end system implementation delivery
  • Senior stakeholder management
  • Change management and adoption
  • Vendor management
  • Complex technology and business transformation programmes

The salary is £69,000 with excellent benefits.
