Salary: c. £28,000 pro rata (c. £14 per hour)
Plus commission £4,000 to £7,000 per annum
Term: Permanent
Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm (20 hours per week)

The company are service-centred, working with their customers to meet their goals, sharing their expertise and support.

The Business Development Team work together to introduce the services of the organisation to potential customers. They are able to describe the services and products, and open doors to new conversations.

The role of Business Development Executive:

• Research potential new customers and contacts
• Make introductory calls to the right people
• Ask questions and qualify interest
• Make appointments for Account Managers to attend
• Work with the marketing team on specific campaigns

To be successful in the role of Business Development Executive:

We are looking for a candidate with experience of business development or sales.

• Tenacious and determined
• Friendly and approachable style
• Excellent telephone manner, with good written communication
• Computer literacy with good record keeping
• A team player, with the ability to learn

The Salary and package for the Business Development Executive role

• Basic salary of £28,000 pro rata
• Commission £4,000 to £7,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
