Role Overview
An experienced Technical Compliance Manager is required to provide technical oversight, compliance support and on-site leadership across electrical projects. The role combines office-based supervision with leading larger installation and testing works, as well as training and supporting engineers and apprentices.

Role Overview
An experienced Technical Compliance Manager is required to provide technical oversight, compliance support and on-site leadership across electrical projects. The role combines office-based supervision with leading larger installation and testing works, as well as training and supporting engineers and apprentices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for technical queries
- Review and sign off EIC, EICR and Minor Works certificates
- Generate remedial quotations from inspection reports
- Lead larger installation and testing projects on site
- Conduct regular site and engineer audits in line with NICEIC guidelines
- Deliver toolbox talks and support engineer/apprentice development
- Support surveys, planning, risk assessments and project scheduling
- Check technical reports (PAT, thermographic, load monitoring, emergency lighting)
- Ensure paperwork and certification are completed accurately and on time
- Promote strong health & safety standards at all times
- Recent experience as a Qualifying or Technical Supervisor
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- ECS Approved Electrician Card
- Minimum 5 years' commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Inspection, testing and certification experience
- PAT testing knowledge
- Strong understanding of electrical regulations and safety standards
- Computer literate
