Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant – US Technology Contract Market

We're working with a rapidly growing tech recruitment business specialising in the US Technology Contract market, working with major Financial Services and Enterprise clients across New York, Chicago, Boston and Florida.
The division is still early in its growth journey, but the foundations are firmly in place – existing clients, live projects and a successful team already billing strongly.
The Opportunity
You'll recruit across high-growth technology markets including:
- Digital & IT Transformation
- Cyber & Data Security
- Artificial Intelligence
- Wider Technology & Change
You'll be trained to run a 360 recruitment desk, developing your own US client base while also having live roles and existing projects to work from day one.
The US contract market offers significantly higher margins than the UK, with typical contractor margins of $1,250–$1,500 WGP per week, and some reaching $2,500–$3,000.
Earnings & Progression
The existing team is already seeing impressive results, with consultants who have been in the division for less than 18 months building £5k–£11k+ WGP books.
