As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will enrol in their 12 week training academy, and learn everything you need to know about recruitment, and technology, to then work with candidates placing them into some of the most exciting technology brands WORLDWIDE.

• Sourcing world class software sales and engineering professionals
• Managing jobs and applicants
• Learning the ins and outs of the software and technology space
• Writing job adverts and headhunting niche candidates
• Selling and negotiating
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
