Salary: £26,500–£40,000 (DOE) uncapped commission

Training: 8-week academy full-time mentor programme

Our client specialises in hiring for mission-driven, non-profit organisations (with strong ties into tech-enabled teams). They’re growing fast and looking for graduates to join their structured 8-week training pathway—built to take you from zero experience to confident consultant. Expect a buzzing office in Bank, flexible working after training, market-leading commission, and regular socials/holidays.

• Learn and run the end-to-end recruitment process
• Write compelling job adverts and headhunt niche talent
• Manage jobs and applicants; coordinate interviews and offers
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Sell, negotiate, close deals - and earn commission
